2 Beautiful books!
I am reading a lot of books lately. Mostly on Old Masters in Painting. But this weekend I got to read two lovely books. They are new books on mixed media and watercolour techniques. The first one is called DRAWING LAB by Carla Sonheim....One word to describe the book Excellent!!!!
The second one is by Heather Smith Jones. Its called WATER PAPER PAINT. Such a colourful book. Loved the cover!!!! Very creative... And there's my favourite Artist Geninne's work featured in both of these books !!!!

Weekend Wrap up!
Patricia at Colours dekor has a fab party every weekend. Thought this weekend I will join the party too! My weekend was great with some little DIY, lunch outing for mother's day and a stroll in the beautiful sunshine!
Here's what I did! I wanted to have welcome name plate at the front door. So bought a few supplies from my fav craft store Michaels and painted the nameplate with the welcome word!
Here's a glimpse of the weekend
One minute it was raining with hailstones and the next minute gorgeous Rainbow and sunshine!!!!! Is'nt it so beautiful!!!!
I hope I have brought a little bit of nature's beauty in to your lives with these pictures....Have a fantastic week all of you!

The Advent of Spring Series!
The Advent Of Spring I
Spring has brought in a variety of hues. So many beautiful colours whereever I see. It has inspired me so much that I plan to do a series of paintings to celebrate spring! It could be a colourful abstract, floral, landscape, or just about anything. Hope you all enjoy the new burst of colours on my blog. I will look forward to all your comments to my new thoughts and inspiration.
